Delegate & Grow — Terms of Service

1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Service apply to the Delegate & Grow course and its student community at learn.lexingtoncreative.com (the "Site"). The course is offered by Lexington Creative LLC, based in Melbourne, Florida ("Lexington Creative," "we," "us").

By creating an account, buying the course, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the course.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. The course is for business owners and professionals, and you're buying it for business purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on the Site with a new effective date. If you keep using the course after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Purchase, payment, and the Hire-with-Confidence Guarantee

Price and payment. The course price is shown on the Site at checkout, in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment processors (Thinkific Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). We don't see or store your full card details. You're responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges that apply to you.

Founding-student pricing. We may offer a lower introductory price for a limited time. Students who buy at that price keep the same access as everyone else. Price changes don't apply to purchases already made, and we don't offer partial refunds or credits if the price later goes down or a promotion runs.

Hire-with-Confidence Guarantee. Go through the first two modules. If the course isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full. To request a refund:

  1. Complete the first two modules of the course.
  2. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, using the email address on your account.
  3. Tell us you'd like a refund. A short note on why is welcome but not required.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your access to the course, templates, and community ends.

After 14 days, all sales are final. We may decline refund requests that show abuse, such as downloading all materials and requesting a refund, or repeat purchases and refunds of the same course.

Chargebacks. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being closed.

3. Your access

Course: lifetime access. You get access to the course lessons, videos, worksheets, and templates for as long as the course is offered on the Site. "Lifetime" means the life of the course, not your lifetime. We may update, add to, or reorganize the content over time. If we ever retire the course, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download the materials offered for download.

Community: 3 months. Your purchase includes 3 months of access to the student community on the Site, starting on your purchase date. After 3 months, community access ends unless we offer and you choose to extend it. Your course access is not affected.

Your account. Your account is for you only. Don't share your login or let anyone else use your account, including team members or contractors. If you want your team to take the course, each person needs their own purchase. Keep your password secure and let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Ending access. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, including sharing logins, copying or reselling content, or violating the community rules. If we close your account for a violation, you won't receive a refund.

Site availability. The course is hosted on Thinkific. We aim to keep it available at all times, but we can't promise there will be no interruptions, outages, or errors.

4. Using the course content

All course content belongs to Lexington Creative, including videos, lessons, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and graphics. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business.

5. Community rules

The community is a place for students to ask questions, share what's working, and help each other. To keep it useful:

You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it in the community and to share it, without your name, as an example in course updates. We may remove posts or remove members who break these rules.

6. Educational content, not legal or tax advice

The course shares what has worked for us in hiring and managing contractors. It's for education only. Nothing in the course, the templates, or the community is legal, tax, accounting, or employment advice.

The contractor agreement and other templates are starting points. Laws on contractor classification, taxes, payments, and data protection differ by country and state. Have a qualified professional review any agreement before you use it, and make sure your hiring and payment practices follow the laws that apply to you.

No guaranteed results. Examples of time saved, revenue, or growth are based on our experience and aren't typical or promised. Your results depend on your business, your effort, and the contractors you hire. We aren't responsible for the work, conduct, or performance of any contractor you hire, or for any agreement between you and a contractor.

7. Third-party platforms and affiliate links

The course recommends outside platforms and tools, including OnlineJobs.ph. We aren't owned by or officially connected with OnlineJobs.ph or any other platform we mention. Their terms, prices, and policies are set by them and may change.

Some links in the course are affiliate links, including links to OnlineJobs.ph. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we've used ourselves.

8. Limitation of liability

The course and Site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Lexington Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the course or Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

You agree to hold Lexington Creative harmless from claims arising from your use of the course materials in your business, including your agreements with contractors.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the course.
